Yep, Sillypuddy that's still in the plastic egg it came in. I'm thinking it'll expand and eventually the two sides of the plastic egg will split apart and the sillypuddy will seep out into the microwave. |

Hey sarick09,
I was at KB Toys this weekend looking for stuff to microwave and I did see an egg of Silly Putty, but I didn't think it would do anything. Well, the next time I see Silly Putty, I'll go ahead and pick it up just to see what will happen.
One of the things I was actually looking for was a mini toy lava lamp which someone requested. I've seen them before, but couldn't find them this weekend. I'll keep looking...
BTW, I did find a mini Etch A Sketch and microwaving that was pretty amusing. I'll try to get the video posted in the next few days...

I did the Silly Putty and unfortunately it didn't do anything on it's own. It didn't even heat up. The only action I could get out of it was to make a pocket of water with it just to get it to heat up.
Well, keep the suggestions coming, even if things don't go off with a "bang," it's still fun to do just so people won't have to try it themselves.
