More of the video and the following hint. The item is not a food or edible product. Well, I'm sure it wouldn't kill you if you did eat it, but it is not meant to be eaten. The packaging also carries the warning, "CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts. Not for children under 3 years."

More video and the following hint. This item comes in many shapes. You don't have to name the specific shape of this one, just identify the type of thing.
